Password and Username Retrieval?

Hi all, sorry if i havnt posted this in the rite place but would appreciate any help anyone can offer...

I have a previous account with novalogic with DF:BHD, i havnt accessed it in a while, my previous laptop died on me...

The problem i have is that dead laptop has my username and the e-mail address i used to activate the account on it...i cnt remember it at all ... was just wondering if anyone could help me to retrieve my username, the e-mail i used and the password i used, if not i would have a game with an activated cd key and noway to play it!

If you don't remember anything, I don't think there's anyway to retrieve it. You need either your email address or account name to retrieve it I believe. Sounds like you don't have either.

ok, i think i may know my account name, but im not sure ... is there no way to retrieve it through the CD keys its activated to?

I don't believe so, but I could be wrong. If anything, you can try contacting novalogic and providing them with your cd key to see if they can do anything for you.
