WTF kinda drugs you on, sub standard graphics... they used the same pixel shader technology used in the MOVIE toy story. The animations are amazing, no other game right now has so many animations for just one object. The story did suck, just wait till you beat the game tho if you played and beat the first one its a real shock. And your obviously arnt at City 17 or in the prison

but you intitled to an opinion, just stating what i thought and love

Well Im stuck now, At trying to stop the old guy getting away on the teleport I take out the 2 space craft, Then I`m stuck at what you have to do?

This is what I have tried, Hitting the covers that fell down to try and close the portal, But they just bounce around, And tried to take all those enegy ball things But they seem to be endless, I just cant see anything else I can hit lol

It would only have been got by Baddog. I spent an entire morning sending him screenies and telling him how mindblowing it was.
Only hope he does like it after that onslaught.

finished it earlier today.
i must say that the game deserves a MUCH better ending. i was really dissapointed. without trying to spoil it, it was very easy and other parts of the game were much harder.

i came across a bug that seems to happen to a lot of people, on the next to last part when you get the super gravity gun. i was unable to jump at all, and seeing as you have to jump over a metal fence, and up a metal wall it was a bit frustrating. i managed to glitch it with well placed pieces of metal. i thought i was being dumb but it is a recognised glitch aparently. some ppl have fixed it with the command line
`reset or `bind +jump
but neither worked for me.

best single player game ever without doubt though

So you mean you were happy paying 30.00 for a couple of days play, I feel very disapointed, I think Ill sell it for 20.00 and get JO:E on the 26th.

Graphics: Really cool. 9/10
Sound: glitchy in parts. 7/10
Story: left loads of gaps. 6/10
Lastability: 1/10
Re-Play Value: 2/10

Overall 6/10.
That is my Opinion...

If it wasnt so linear it would be ok, So if one of your mates got killed then the story direction would take a turn on a different path, then it would have more apeal playing again.

Not even CS:Source is worth keeping it for, when you think it was a free mod to start with, And now when Day Of Defeat mod comes out on source you have to pay again for a free mod, I just very annoyed at a game that took years to make could be so shallow.

KK i understand the points. But source is just an amazing game. You have to play it enough and eventualy..wait for it...GET good at it to like it.

I will gareuntee you that DOD is the same thing as CSS, just a new engine. CSS is comming out with a nice big update in Dec. As far as HL2 goes there are and will be bug fixes (i mean common you guys play JO and JO:E and are complaining about some simple bugs in HL2) But the bugs do get flippin anoying

Steve as far as the end with the super Grav gun and jumping i dont remember having to much trouble.

Sorry guys lol i just love Counter strike source i love playing it and the realizim in it (cept the bunny hoppin) HL2 was every thing i expected but as with all games it will have problems and glitches.

i think i'm the only one who mentioned a bug, and not being able to jump when it is needed to progress through the level is a BIG bug not a simple one

i don't play JO so i don't know what bugs there are

no need to defend the game though, its still the best game ever.
