Panther also let me know about adamant.com. Thats where i bought most of the new system i built for my dad.

I bought a scanner, keyboard, mouse, speakers, case, monitor, floppy drive and a cd burner locally. Everything else (the main guts of the sys)was from adamant. Very good prices.
I shopped around and MOST parts have better prices.
If I would have bought this sys pre-built it would have been around $2000.00 - 2500.00 easy. I think my total is around $1500.

I also received a raid mother board and didn't order it. It must have been over stock or it was cheaper for them or higher profit to have all the same mb's to sell. They prob buy in bulk I am sure.
