Well i've already built myself a comptuer and i have to say it runs pretty nice (once i got rid of 98se and got xp), i was gonna build a small computer to develop some scripts on and maybe run a small game server or something, is the AMD thunderbird series good?

yeah, (no offense to any dell users ) but my sis has a 2ghz dell with 256 DDR, i have a 1.7ghz with a 768 ram, and it just runs SO much faster, its something with p's that just dont do well thats just my personal opinion AMD ROCKS!!!! especially for gaming, i think they were meant for us gamers, because there like cheap, who could afford a 500$ 3.06 ghz, 800fsb chip? then have to spend 500 on a mobo for it as well
