Name a really good book to read

Any book’s you may have read in the pass year or so
me:
1.) Servant of the Bones
2.) The Day I was crucified
3.) Dark Elf Trilogy
4.) Legacy of the Drow

I am reading at this time "The Day I was crucified" a tast page 15: The cup spewed its venom until the stench of it contents seem to fill the win of the earth.
I watched as all the sins of the sons of Abraham slipped into the cup. I saw their centuries of the rebellion; idolatry, incest, murder, lies, and deceit make their way into the cup. The sins of the Hebrew race had now become one with that cup. …..It goes on
not bad at all

squeek !

1. The two Dragonlance trilogy's, "Chronicles" / "Legends".
Less of a strugle to read than Lord Of The Rings. More interesting characters.

2. "Guards! Guards!" by terry pratchet. (rat on a stick, anyone ?). Terry pratchet is a genius and his books are the best.

3. "Bio Of A Space Tyrant" series by piers anthony. Blood and guts in space.

totally agree, and especially guards! guards! is my favourite

but to add something to the thread, i strongly suggest reading frank herbert's DUNE. this book(s) is even above the lord of the rings in my personal ranking...

also, i can't let tad williams' Otherland go unmentioned. if you're looking for a really great sci-fi/fantasy epic (~4000 pages ) this is the one to read!

Cool

Try "Stalingrad" "Berlin the downfall 1945" by Antony Beevor or a timeless classic like "1984" by George Orwell!

Warm Regards

Books are the basic for all: Games, Movies, theme parks, outdoors, and there so much your mind can go with books that, even E-books your still have read them. there is some books you can play on Tape's to listing to in your car radio or your storeo system. there no end to type of books you can get your hands on now days. me i like a old hard back book to read, no limite on them type. heck if there was no books to read there would never been a Computer system to this day.

Look at star track the serials and them movies they came from a Scifi story book that was made into a scrip for the movie $$$$. that's has only that the story line has open new door in to trasportion by teleporting people one place to a new location, Tech-head are trying to get it to work one day it may happen. there some much in them books that can open your mind to.

Chief if that's true I want to see what messed up book Bill Gates read lol

Maybe it was Computers for Dummies, and he never made it past chapter one.

And as to what I read if it says Stephen King on the front it's mine.

That is all except DreamCatcher, it's bad enough seeing the movie and where those things come out of ya, I sure don't want to read about it.
