hmm i've just been working on it a little and wondered if i should carry on with it or go for something different. this is what i have so far:



yes it is big, but i thought the wolf pic was cool. depending on how experienced the webmaster is then it would be pretty easy to get it like this:



or i could add the 'general news' text onto the banner in nice letters or something. or i could put your menu in the space which would make your page narrower.

i can change the colour to match also.

everything looks good so far, but have u tried experimenting with orange and black yet in the bg? I think it'd match the site much better... The wolf looks perfect just what I had in mind
