Novalogic complaining!....well Dave, why should they, they were fined $200k for pirating Abobe stuff themselves just a couple of years ago....lol

*Correction, They where fined for not having their licenses for the AutoDesk 3DMax Studio installed on their computers.

Rumor was that they had the licenses, but the guy that installed them was too lazy/forgot to install a separate license per computer.

He's right too. I talk to a guy from Nova regularly and apparently it was a very embarrassing thing, because they were not pirates. And even though the fine was big, it was NOT the main reason for their downfall.

And I do not want a bunch of PMs from people asking me about their next game.

And just to also clear up another misconception, Nova aren't lazy buggers. They do listen to people, and they're very busy people. Sure, DFX2 sucked, we all know that - but come on, they don't have a big budget you know. I'm pretty sure the guys working there are mainstream too and know what's hot on the market currently.

While I'm pretty tired of their games these days, I think Nova have a chance to get back into the business.
