i see the page but i am unable to connect to my server is ofline .but my host server which is on

in the admin section on the web-server did you create a username and password then login in and create a server ID ? - then in the BMTV3 you need to add the server ID then validate ? It will ask you to validate the server when adding the URL - it must come back stats were found then it asks to validate the server and when you push yes it should come back server validated successful.
in the game .config of the server - multiplayer section 6th line down the port number is 32768-change it to 32769 for 1 server and each instance of the game change it to 1 number higher so for 2 servers - 1st one is 32769 second one is 32770 and so on- then in your router allow 32769 for the local IP of the PC- (example. 192.168.1.2). save everything - also you may want to assign the PC to a static local IP in the router that way it will not change under the DHCP rule.

so. I am tired of it. first win7 makes the game.s not workable example. then the game works. then again it is not possible .and that every time.and nothing works anymore on windows 7. throws everything together. I just continue with win 10. Continue with normal host an gaming.win7 grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. have fun

sorry i have remove win7 and heard stats not working on windows 10 ? but i can make a new dual boot drive.or just install windows 7 on one drive .on a seperate PC with the host games only server

if you can get VM ware installed i can clone a working server for you- I can set it up with the Stock Vanilla install with working stats and you will have to set up the router for the ports, also I saw the Router modem setup you had it might be part of the issue- I would just get a modem then install a Linksys AC router it is very easy to manage. Just some thoughts- I was a long learning curve of trial and error for me too.

Not sure what you are referring to
I see all the player names all 23 when i look at the Kill Stats

Looks like the stats are working fine- Sometimes names are wrong are blank due to the personal settings on the players PC.
