Installion help

Just bought bf vietnam, put it in the disk dirve, a load of whirring but nothing happens and the computer wont respnd to anything until I take the disk out, I tried the disk on the other machine and works fine. I tried My Computer >> Double Click on CD Icon but if doesnt dso anything either.

Can anyone help?

havent yet tested that, doing a virus scan just now. We shall see

if its a new drive, did you install it properly

ok, the dirve has been working fine for months now, like i said the disk works in the other pc's drive but not the bad drive. I havent had time to try another cd.

ok, it doesnt work with other cd, just keeps spinning

arg is it under warrenty?
i think most electronics have 1 yr as standard?

think thats what we're gonna have to do.

Yes, cd roms can be a paint it el buttio. I got mine a 4 year extended warranty, pretty sad though if they are going to fix it, it won't be worth just getting a new one
