Tentacle tutorial help.
Found this tutorial and thought it looked good so i gave it a try, I have followed every step, but instead of the tentacle coming to a point, its just like one long tube, no actual point.
Heres the link, could any of you please take a look and tell me why it not comnig to a point. http://www.heathrowe.com/tuts/tentacles.asp I am using photoshop cs, so maybe some things have changed in the new version? I remember stevie had a sig w/ tentacle, got any ideas?

well mine turned out fine, dunno what u did wrong but i suggest u pay close attention to everything the tut. says. 1 mistake can ruin the whole thing man.
I got mine to look pretty close. make sure u put the drop down window on smudge and it should come out with points

 If you kept in touch with your old buddies on the Friction forums I could have posted some help straight away...... as you're ignorant I'm not gonna  anyhow I dont know how to do tentacles (ahem, don't look at my sig )

lol, i was on friction forums yesterday, but so many peeps i didnt know i decided not to post.
I tried this tut on ps 7, works fine. but not on ps cs.
