what are the best ping rates u have seen?

im interested in how good the ping is with using cable / dsl etc

the best ping i have ever seen on my modem is 330! but my m8 has had <100 on his.

sometimes i have 50 2 danish servers

sometimes i get right about 100. but average at 150 - 200. During that red code viruse that alot of ISP's got Ive seen my ping at 2500 or higher.

yep ping from 150-220 is ok but i newer play higer ping servers life 2 shots 2 play on servers that ping more then 220

it seems the higher the ping i have the easier it is for ppl to shoot me while im moving ?!

Use DSL,i always got "60"--"100" PING rate while connected to servers in my country,and got "350"--"500" while connected to servers in USA.
Use DDN,i always got "30"--"60" PING rate while connected to servers in my country.
Use 56k modem,always got "170"--"300" PING rate while connected to servers in my country.
Best PING rate is "10",if game server located in your intranet.

Want better PING rate?Just connect to servers in your contry.
(Important:if you use IP4LW,the rate value are different from PING rate.)

You have to remember your location and where the NW Lobby is located (Virginia - land of AOHELL). I live in California and have had ping rates anywhere from 50 to 1700, if there's weather problems between me and the lobby, it will constantly change.

Then too people who are overseas from the USA may also suffer problems.

Gotta remember that even though you have cable or DSL doesn't mean you're going to have the best pings around...

The best ping time I ever had to a server was 70ms, and that was Doom-Patrol.Com. I never go into servers above 240ms ping because 240ms is about 1 second lag. I ping to ~VS~Stealths at 130ms and Ch Vs. All between 100 and 130ms. But after I join I have like no lag for my text to reach the screen and a couple people say I ping at 350ms plus, I don't see how this is possible unless my Network Firewall is slowing down replies as it filters them. Who knows?
