I might try making one but i have never made Co Op for BHD so let me see i have one idea been meaning to try.

Co Op and Single Player are the same thing.Co Op is the only selection in Map Editor therefore you cant add them to the Single Player Missiosn Area where Nova did.You have to host all new maps you make through your server as Co Op Maps which is Single Player but you have the ability to allow more people to play it or just make it so you can be the only one in there.

some ppl just dont have a fast internet connection, so whats the point. co-op you cant have music or ppl talking. but in sp you can.
