Ping and Uknown Ping

I have a few problems, I own and run a BHDTS server, but for some reason, I am on the last page, is there anyway that I can move to another page. Also there are times that the Ping rate for the server shows as unknown, do I need to contact my ISP provider, or is there something that I can do myself.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

i think it's based on your IP number

70.45.254.3 would be closer to the front than 175.45.89.1 for example.


regarding the ping probem, i'm not sure, where do you live? maybe your router / firewall is blocking bing attempts, although i'm pretty sure they would be pinging the BHD port and not just the IP address.

if ping times r turned on in a users browser its lowest 1st..

if turned off its alphabetical, with ! bn at the start of the list

unknown ping usually means u hav a firewall on or something is blocking ur connection to novaworld, it wont be ur ISPs fault, but mayb the software they use.

Just expanding what BB said:

Sorting by name is based on the ASCII Chart (http://www.neurophys.wisc.edu/comp/docs/ascii.html) for characters based on the decimal value.

Example:
I run ! CS
to get my server on the first page hovering around in Forth or Fifth place when sorting by name, the real server name is:

! CS

(15 spaces between ! and CS).
BHD takes out the extra spaces so it looks like ! CS
Dropping the S and adding an additional space would push it up even higher.
