Mainly because its seen as unprofessionell and to easy, although most serious designers use some kind of editor, like dreamweaver. But they usually do not say it. The fact that its so much faster comered to notepad is the reason why professionells use advanced editors instead. So its just a deal of unknowlage, nothing else. People tend to think its "leet" to use notepad, its not more neither less "leet" to use it, its about preference and also time

To be honest, i cant use dreamweaver or frontpage etc, not because its unleet, because i dont know how to use it, im stuck with notepad which bites

Its as easy as you make it
Can be very easy with notepad aswell by useing CTRL + C and CTRL + V...
You can code from scratch in frontpage and dreamweaver aswell, dont track down on stuff you cant handle, i dont, you do!
Also, i never said it was too easy, i said it was seen as to easy, seen as that by people like you!

One final note, no one would have known that he had done that site in frontpage if it wernt for the base code. So you cant see the difference between a notepad coded site to a frontpage coded site. So why bitch about useing front page? Stupid if you ask me!

You were always gunna get a flaming for putting up a site that looks like it was made in 5 minutes, saying it was made in 5 minutes and then offering it for free to people who could probably make it themselves in 5 minutes.

If you want to get good feedback and help then ask for opinions rather than sell early work as complete.

Also if you do intend to start making sites for other people, you HAVE to drop the name Yahoo from your site.

"Site Design by YAhoo" is seriously going to lose you kudos amongst customers and other webbies and probably (if you ever got succesful) get you in some serious poodoo with Yahoo the big bloody web designer/portal/ISP/anything else you want to associate with the web company.
