1 qestion i do have aboiut borders is which way is the best way to make them tryed a couple of borders and they sucked lol

Also its a bit hard for me cos im used of PS7 but now im using PH CS 2 jsut fells so different

btw howu make a 1px border in ps cs 2 u jsut goto image > Stoke
