a lot of people ask about creating new items for DF series of games. want this to be reality? want to make yourself heard? well there is a way!

'Discreet' who make the AWESOME 3d software - 3D Sudio Max also have a FREE product called gMax which is a lighweight 3d package, and with the right plugins / features can create / add new items to computer games. however to develop this, the game company - in DF case - NOVALOGIC must provide the game pack to enable editing the game using gMax -

that way it would be possible to make and edit .3di files
which is not possible with anything at the moment anyway,

i found out 3dsm was only designed to work with Win2000 so i just gave up an it, no worries Frog
