Ripping DFBHD:TS models.

How to rip DFBHD:TS models and import them to ZModeler 1.07b?

And how to use it? I clicked on import model and opened my Team Sabre folder but no file was supported. I want to import the Refugee bus.

I don't know anything about how it works but generally I'd say you'd need your own model to import though in this case the game icludes a tool called pack.exe for the purpose of making mods, you'll find it in the game folder.

All the info you'll need to know how to use it is in the NHQ files database.

Then I think leave it.. I was going to convert the bus to Midtown Madness 2.

You need the PFF Editor to extract the 3di's

Check in the localres.pff file for the 3di's

Then convert them from 3di to obj files to import into your 3d program.
I used MilkShape in the past to convert them, but have been given a test converter to do it for me. If you like i can convert them for you and send them to you.

Now depending which way you want to go, import into BHD or import into another game?
If you import into BHD or such you will need to add collision boxes (CB01) to your model. Also you will need to add the information if a bus, like wheels to turn in the OED

My bad I forgot to mention the PFF editor and the need to consider new ownership and the risks involved in downloading and using 3rd party software, most especially deprecated or archived files.

I download Milkshape 3D but found no option to import 3DI files and convert them to .OBJ.

Could you help me? I would like all BHD+TS 3D models. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sharing, after i extract into the Milkshape directory, Milkshape 3D won't open anymore. Do you know why?

I have started a new site with tools not listed here that you might need
3di to obj converter

df-mods.com
You will have to register to download the tools

As for milkshape im thinking you got the 1.04 version where from memory the plugin didn't work, you needed v1.02. But don't worry about using it, just grab to 3di converter.
