Difference between JO:TR, JO:E, JO:CA. Help

Hi, I haven't played Joint Operations and now I want to play it, but what is the difference between JO: Typhoon rising, JO: Escalation and JO: Combined Arms?

All three take place on one of Indonesia's 2000+ islands, up against a well funded rebel force
1: Typhoon Rising (updated BHD Game engine)

2: Delta Force Xtreme 1 ( released with above engine)

3: Joint Operations Escalation ( minor tweaks to above engine )

4: Combined Arms the marketing name for both the JOTR and JO Esc. you get in one box
at a cheap price....

5: Delta Force Xtreme 2 (latest game with NEW game engine also the last game by Nova/EA parnership)

I'll just simplify it even further:
Typhoon rising = the original Joint Ops
Escalation = the expansion pack
Combined Arms = the pack that contains both TR and Esc
