some places we call new in the service "turtles or newbie" who are new to the US-Army

anyways judge what one you like the better.

1.) lifers are one who going to stay in for life.
2.) elite they are planners to win
3.) newbie or turtle are new to the service and are learning first hand what it means to be in the service. (US-Army new Recruit)

And then they have what is call "short Timers" these people are almost finish with their time in the service or leaving to retire, ether case they going out of the service soon. and most case don't have a care in the world for it other then dreaming on getting out.
