Hi guys

I made up a map for DFX called Jagged Water Wars TKOTH,anyone that has downloaded it and played it do ya have any input on it?any suggests for any changes etc?

Hi Thunder, I just down loaded your map and had a good look. Firstly, I think it's a very good map and has great potential. It does however need a little more work. From what I saw in the five minutes I was looking around, I would gather that you don't use the snap option to place your flooring, my advice would be to use it extensively. The flooring on the centre island has gaps all over it, and this will put people off.

Also, whenever you build an island like this, always remember to place ladders around the edges so that people can climb back out when they fall into the water or jump. Just one ladder for each side is suffient.

I also noticed that your sand bunkers are too small to walk into, in fact one of them I couldn't get into at all. This was a shame because they looked good.

Another good idea would be to use the cover of fog in order to at least reach the island without the fear of being sniped before you even get into the helicopter. Don't go mad with the fog, make it seem more like mist.

I realise that these are only minor points, but with each little thing left undone a good map doesn't get the praise it so richly deserves. If I were you, I'd take this map and update it until it's as you and others would like it to be. Good luck.
