DFX2 MED Little Helper Released
i got the final upgrade for the antagonist, im not goign to tell u what it is though, but i am goging to tell u what it does
Spoiler its fisrt bounce cuases ever villiger on screen to get stunded, after that, it jsut acts like an object, except it get;s smaller over time, and it disapears |

Agree with WolfMax above my DFX1 is on 'd', the DFX2 is in 'c' program files folder,
The more experienced mappers will find this speeds things up, the learner will get a better idea on TOD, even find flatter areas with ease, the wav selection is poor I'll stay with Dave61 's efforts, all up a great little tool that has heaps of potential 8/10 good work to Skinney and his team |

umm thanks for your input but just for your info. that is Daves list. LOL it's just a shortcut to the .doc file. it has the waves from DFX2 and DFX1.

Map Change
What is the protocall on changing maps , what can and can not be done, For example say I wanted to make a map harder that already exsists is it allowed?
IE adding more enemys and / or changing AI ? |

You'll be able to do that via a .wac script that goes with the map (changes difficulty of AI depending on # of players), not sure about the server though.

What I am asking is, are we (thoes that are learning how to creat maps for thir servers) allowed to change the maps that are out there for public use. I know that I can but I dont want to piss anybody off for making changes to orginal maps. I would leave the orginal map maker name on the map but add My Initials.
My Public server is Teamwork/GM |

you can edit stock Nova maps but I wouldn't edit other peoples maps and then reupload them. you could make people pretty upset doing that. including me....
I'm not speaking for other mappers on this site but from me personally, you can edit my maps for your own personal use but DO NOT re-upload any of my maps to this or any other site nor claim them as your own. |
