In some USA states mostly around big dame's/ deep-water/ swampy area’s you may find these giant catfish. We hear it a lot but not many image of them. When they get that big they really don’t put up a fight to much but it is really hard to drag them in.

Me and my Grandfather both was at a dame in a boat got something big near the dame. He had a heavy duty fishing pole was made for sawfish in the deep water (deep sea fishing) will at the dame it broken into 3 parts. then it was pull away into the water. It was tie to the boat, so it would not be lost? Will it taken the rope with the boat tie down with it. Grandfather use to tell me when I was a boy of 14yrs old, it was a catfish must be at lease 80-140lbs. The fishing line was steal line he uses for fishing into deep sea. I think it was tested for 150-200lbs back then it was the best you can buy.

if any of you all catch something that big you will feel reborn again sweet high on life.

they really not very good to eat when they get that (BIG) old ether. Mud-fish bad taste in your mouth. 1.-3lbs is ok to eat 5-10 still good 20+lbs starting to get a bad taste
