I've got two upcoming jobs for two local business's where i live and im looking to increase my skills by using Dreamweaver and Flash to create better templates.

What i need is someone to show me the ropes of dreamweaver, teach me how to code in dreamweaver, i will be willing to compensate
($$$ money, through paypal) you for your time and if it comes to it, coding the template for me. In order for me to learn i was thinking we could use TeamView so that i could watch you work on the template and code it so that i could learn.

If your interested please let me know. Im wanting to add some flash elements to the template such as a banner and navi menu.
