i have problems joining a tiocoop server is this about its ports?

that is an IP address not a port
you may have ping issues or a noisy dsl line
i have a noisy dsl line my self.
if your ping is intermittent larger than what the server
accepts it will periodically kick(punt the user )
when your ping is in range it will join you to the server

also if you are using dsl make sure every telephone is plugged inn to a dsl filter and make sure the that NO phone line is attached to a surge protector if it is remove it and never do that agn...surge protectors are bad for dsl
