Top50 - 401 Unauthorised

Hello folks, I wanted to ask if your "Top50" is still accepting admissions. I would like to add our site but I keep getting an error, 401 Unauthorised.

Where do you get the 401 error? If necessary, I can add your site manually...

The drop down menu for "Top50", I click "Add your Website" and that's the error I receive.
