Manual for BHD - is that it ?

Just bought DF BHD. Could someone tell if the "quick start guide" for the game (which I bought new) is all you get, or is my copy missing the manual ?

If that's it, i'll be a bit dissapointed, though i'm happy with the game (suppose that's the most important thing!).

Thanks

Just have to live with it...

No, just the BHD game, getting Team Sabre soon. I bought it off ebay, but it was sealed and brand new. I should'nt really moan, as it only cost me £10.95 inc. shipping.

After awhile novalogic stops making the manuals in full.. saves money... they just place in 1 page with instructions and a different CD... they did it with TFD when it first came out got a manual.... when i had to get a replacement it was a card with writing..

Gee, I thought I was the only one who thought something was missing in my BHD box. But, I bought the Blackhawk Down Platinum pack, and all I got in the way of instructions was the "quick start guide". Initially I just installed BHD and the only other thing on the CD was the "Mission Editor Manual" (which is of NO help in playing). But the box said there was all sorts of stuff included (and worth up to $40) so I popped the "Team Sabre" CD in and VIOLLA! All sorts of manuals. I gave the CD to my wife and she took it to work and printed out all the manuals on a nifty, expensive laser printer, bound them neat and pretty, and I'm now knee deep in reading material. Sure makes the game more playable when you know what (and how) you're doing. Wish they would have mentioned this stuff in the "Quick Start Guide"... I spent two days getting killed time after time as I struggled to find out how to even MOVE my man, then how to man the 50 cal on the helo, and how to get off the humvee. Ya know, basic stuff - ha.
