It is the opposite for me, easier to be in Army ROTC than AF.

I wish I could be a pilot

My Cousin was in Air Force JROTC, since her school is the only one in the state for AF lol the rest are Army JROTC, her fiance is in the AF Rotc and now since hes graduated hes over in Colorado in the AF Academy, (hes also got his pilots license) Hes a rather talented young man and very set on his life right now.

I was in JROTC...I hated it. All we did was march around. There are much easier ways to get those extra rank points than join JROTC for those of you who plan to enlist.

I was in the AF JROTC in my freshman year of high school. It was not bad but wearing the uniform once a week really sucked. That was a big turn off for me.

That depends on your school, and the retired officer in charge of the corse. I have seen some with ACU's yes.

JROTC is high school version of ROTC.

JROTC - Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps I believe.

The school in my town have acu's and bdu's but until all are acu's the Let 1's wear BDU and the rest wear acu's.

But yeah depends on the area I guess.
