How to tell if you have real ACUs

okay this is a way to determine if you have Government Issued Authentic ACUs im doing this because this might be informative to you and i got nothing better to do, i got too much time on my hands


The M65 field Jacket:
made of 50% Nylon 50% Cotton
has 2 In Fared tabs (the little black squares!) along with 2 hook and fasteners over the tabs
2 blank tabs for name and branch
2 and only 2 breast pockets that are slanted at about a 45 degrees
2 "pen" pockets for the nerds! lol jk

2 sholder pockets
flip up collar
the jacket is zip up! if it is button up it is not authentic, if the it is ziped up you should have 3 spots of Velcro to cover the zippers
1 spot in the chest for the rank

The Trousers
again made 50% Nylon 50% cotton
2 main pockets on the thighs that are slightly slanted with that are Velcro connected
the "Fly" i geuss if you want to call it that, is button up
2 smaller pockets near the bottom
fasteners at the top of the pants and the bottom,

obviously they must be in the colors of... Gray,sand tan, green

so now you know, im not too sure about the MMCUs and the other Us that are out there so i hope this is helpful

Long you have forgotten the built in pockets for elbow and knee pads...plus we don't use velcro we use the hook and loop system. It saves the US millions on copyright.

why anyone would wanna wear ACU of there own free will is crazy that stuff suxs and i hate ACU's they tear easy the hooks catch on everything and the fabric is way to thin for combat use.

lololol i dunn care! why do we say tissue when we mean facial kleenex or bandage when we mean sterile adhesive band so i belive i can say velcro when when i mean hook and loop because they are the same as "velcro" they are just brand name selling, ow those pockets on the knees and elbows are for pads to go in

thank god some one was smart to add that into it, i use (BDU) to hit the ground and bang the hell out my elbows and kneecap's on rocks/stones on the ground.

I don't use the pad system with the ACU, the idea is good, but the function is not. They are never where they need to be when you hit the dirt.

9.) mouth wash scanner that will pickup any IDE, when teeth turn green your in the clear, if they turn Grey your in trouble, but if it turn pink your do to have a baby real soon!
10.) 6-bottle of Flex-a-min 120 capsules! to help keep your 1 main joints more flexible when that special time call for action!
