Plain What Programs...
What programs are the best for making sigs!? I can only use paint as u see from the sig below . Also I do not have a lot of money therefor i need a cheap program... or... maybe a bootlegged one . Plz reply soon

Photoshop 7 is pretty much all you will need.
paint shop pro is a hell of a lot cheaper and is packed with good features.
if u want to make the best siggies, use 3d proggies like poser and 3d studio max
