Dream jobs

Inspired by ST's admission of his dream job, I wonder what everyones dream job is? and is it different from your childhood dream job was?

I was one of these kids that had a different idea every week. The major ones were cop, geologist, pilot and egyptologist...

In my teenage years when I became a bit of a misanthrope I figured Id like to become an anthropologist, I figured studying that which I didnt like would be interesting and a distancing career

These days, in all honesty, I would like to be a transport logistics guy. A couple of years ago I worked for a week at the grocery chain dispatch office, and the logsitics guys have such an interesting job....

When I was younger, being a Rock Star was always on the cards Alas that did not happen, so now I really want to own a design agency or something along those lines. If I knew more about programming, i'd love to try and write a web app like some kind of social media thing (No not like Facebook!)

My dream job is a job that changes and allows me to constantly learn new skills. I'm willing to learn pretty much anything. Recently I acquired stake in a small company (13 people) and work mostly for myself so I have the ability to do many different tasks like websites, logistics planning, marketing, IT, purchasing etc.

I am pretty much doing what I want to do so i'm happy.

I'd say my dream job would be :

GYNECOLOGIST

But perhaps that would get old after awhile depending on certain circumstances, lol!

lol, happy ending? haha

but i believe my dream job (even tho im only 14) would have to be something about computers, with a good pay, of course. whether its building them, learning more about them, or whatever, i think it would be quite the experience.

I can understand you if that's 9 minutes and 5 sec but I would never be able to sit in a chair 9 to 5. Or 8 to 5 as that would be in Sweden.

I go nuts after around 10 minutes without anything to do

Sorry, actually sometimes it IS good. And I do appreciate the opportunities in my life. and I work hard to keep it that way through continual study and revision.

first i wanted to be a pilot (like a fighter pilot)... that dream got shot down when i found out i'm not "physically fit" because of some stupid reasons ... then when I got to college i wanted to go to med school ... but then i changed my mind on that because i hate people. they're dumb and can give a **** less about their own health. I took the MCAT .. got a really good score on it (38 .. you can easily get in with a 30) but meh ... it's overrated.

Now i want to be a scientist. biochemistry is a very amazing and interesting subject that will soon change our understandings of medicine and biology. i'm about to graduate with my major ... and i'm probably going to stick around at USF and chase a Ph.D. im currently doing research as an undergrad, also.

well when you retire from all that you could always get a job flying commercially.

back in the day there was a lot of money in that! but sadly, now days, you make as much driving a bus than you can flying a 737.

and plus it probably gets old ... it'd be hard to have a family and what not too when your always half way around the world
