How big are the pictures? PHP seems to be running out of memory when it's trying to create thumbnails of the pictures you uploaded. You could ask your host to increase the memory limit php is allowed to use.

the largest files on that ar about1.5 to 1.8 meg i think but i would imagin in the very near future when i get my d80 ill have even bigger files. So you think all i need to do is ask for them to increase the amount of memry that php is allowed to use.

Also i had one other error pop up once.

a 30sec timout error all i did was go back to hom then back inthe album and it finished the rest of the pics. Is there a time limit in the sript?

Thank in adance

To fix that error you'll also have to get your host to increase the max_execution_time time in your php.ini file.

i also have forgotten to thank you very much for your script it is exatly what i was looking for. I have it setup for my family to upload pictures to the directory and it does everything else.

Awsome.

I have another question is there a way in the script to make it when i click on a thumbnail that it opens the picture maximized already? now it opens a small ie or firefox window and i have to maximize. No biggie just would be cool

Thanks.

Put in your php.ini this (Where 120 is the number of seconds). Don't make this number to high though:

max_execution_time = 120

For the other question, you can add some javascript to it, but at the moment it just opens a plane new window with no javascript.
