Whats wrong with this
echo ("<ul><li><a href=\"delnews.php?/\"$id\"\"><b>$title</b> - $date</a></li></ul>");

well
Omly tjing i can see wrong is:
echo ("<ul><li><a href=\"delnews.php?/\"$id\"\"><b>$title</b> - $date</a></li></ul>"); should maybe be... echo ("<ul><li><a href=\"delnews.php?id=$id\" \"><b>$title</b> - $date</a></li></ul>"); maybe add in a ?action= etc ???
