I see. I have used TView for a couple years now. You can Come out of the PC into your TV and out of your TV into a VCR. Then, if you want to edit it, you'll need some kind of capture device. This way you dont have to use your PC resources to record the video.

FRAPS will give you lag if your PC isnt up to standard for it...
