Those icons in the bottom left would annoy me because the start menu would cover them when you open it ;P

heh finally got photoshop loaded

fitted new motherboard at the weekend so took the opportunity to install Vista64, so only had it on for 3 days. but no problems yet

use vistaglazz to enable themes, much like the uxtheme.dll patch used for xp http://www.codegazer.com/vistaglazz/

I don't have many shortcuts, so haven't bothered to take a screen shot.

yea THANKS STEVE!!!



i gave that theme a shot and i went into my system files to replace the old ones with the new ones as according to the intructions given by the software involved. I rebooted and ran into errors that prevented me from actually seeing a desktop... I couldnt even do a system restore... well thankfully my bro had the bright idea of doing system restore from the Vista Install disk. Now everything is back to normal

...it only cost me a couple hours...

nah, I downloaded the 64-bit version accordingly, but as long as it works fine im happy.
