where can i upload some files ? or contact admin over email ?

Hey there - FrankyTheTank!

You may need to forward the ports "port forwarding", AFIK you don't need a DMZ these days.

For most of the later games:

You'll find the port range you need in the game folder in a file called game.cfg or dfv.cfg

Forward both TCP and UDP just to be sure.
