i am trying to play a multiplayer lan game and when i click multiplayer all i get is connecting to novaworld? can i play a lan game with xtreme?

yes but you have to log-in to play LAN this is normal for this game, after you have log-in the screen will change to LAN

this was made for one main reason: players/people been pirating their software by sharing it with other, one Game Cd per-computer, not the world or more then one computer system, Novalogic, inc made it this way to stop people from pirating their software to other, each computer should have it own game CD for it not one for 2-12 computer thats a ripoff, of them and others.

so log-in with your novaworld account name and password you then set to play LAN.

by the way other been trying to use it the same key-code here you will only get a error if you try to play lan with other as will. game is really cheap too
