Call of Duty is definately where NovaHQ should look when turning over to the gaming hq... especially now that Infinity Ward is putting coop in to their games.

It does look a hundred times more interesting than the screens I've seen of dfx2. And the early screens we've seen of DFAF.
I played a few missions and a few rounds of MP on the last modern warfare game and it was really good. Except for how the maps were set up, very much in the "labyrint" style where you get ushered through a set of alleys in stead of having the ability to go where ever you like, this is especially irritating in MP.

But from the latest video there seems to be more open landsapes now.

What kills nova games is the terrible AI. Awesome easy to use map editors...horrible AI.

its up to you and your easy to use MED to make sophisticated waypoint paths and scripted events to simulate good AI.

Event scripting cannot be used to replace good ai scripting. When AI have to be told to not walk in to a wall there is an issue with the game.

I agree that TGHQ should use COD games as a large part of the community. They seem to be at the top of the market at the moment
