For those sites still using the old version of the phpbb code.
Our site was hacked and a worm put on the forum which shut our web site down.You need to up grade to the .11 version and go to the php web site and change some of the code in the html to be protected.

Just a heads up guys I think there are seven sites that have been hit so far.

it maybe a exemployee who did it to get even or some jerk think they should get a cut of the pie for the phpbb code service.

only thing i can think of they trying to get even by ripping it up any way they can.

Both suggestions sound like they are possible why people feel they need to destroy things that dont belong to them because they feel that someone owes them something in life is beyond me.

Thanks for the post guys and sorry didnt know that there was another thread on this or wouldnt have taken up the space. Just didnt want to see anyone else shot down because of some sorry losers.
