Joint Ops IC Mod

I am trying to get the IC Mod installed onto my laptop. My main system went down and the parts are not here yet to fix it. Anytime I try to join my squads JO server I get an incompatible version error. I installed the game using the following in this order.

1. JO Typhoon Rising
2. JO Escalation Pack (it updated TR)
3. General update 101705
4. Full version of JO IC Mod, 248mb
5. JO IC Mod patch (this one should not have been needed since the full mod said it was included, but I tried it anyway when it didn't work.

Nova update says I have the latest updates for TR and Escalation.

Is this even the correct order for the install? I can't remember how i did it on my main system, which worked just fine the first time i tried the install.
