Razor
I love the delta force series so i decided to make a resource site but i had a problem there were a few other games i enjoyed to play as well so i added those to the site and i came up with Razor. Razor-gfx.tk
I offer site hosting, site building, and other good things, we are mostly DF orientated.
I am looking for staff for a few sections, if you would like to join You must know about web scripting. to contact me just stop by the site, my e-mail is on there enough

it's pretty dumb having a copyright statement that u broke the copyright law to obtain!

he was saying he was gonna sue my Razor-Designz for having the same name..omg.. I was like...U can't copyright the name of something...and the copyright isn't even real...lol

i aint sure how it works in the US but i think he would have to establish:
1. that he held copyright of the domain prior to you
2. intent to steal the name

the way i interperate the link above without a registered copyright from the Copyright office, he cant sue for monetry damages anyway

There is copyright.. Trademark.. and Registered..

Each are different. Copyrighting does not necessarily have to be filed with the office if you have a lawyer establish the documents. Much cheaper..

man it be funny some one make a copy right on the word: bible. gee every one be suing each other for the right of it. it only a name it not even a full name! one word you lose for that.
