Just take it yourself Day by Day if you do one day without a cigerette, and the next day you just cant do without one. Say to yourself if I have one now it means I put myself through the day before for nothing and say Nar I dont want one.

Well that is what worked for me, Not bad for someone who suffers from Severe Depression hu?
GJ Sal.

That strategy does sound really good. It's a whole lot better than saying ''I'm gonna stop smoking forever'' because obviously the smoker won't even try to bother after a while, because he/she will know that it'll sound too hard.

I quit smoking in September of 06, 9 months. quit cold turkey.

but there isn't a day that goes by I dont want one lol. Ive never givin in tho, not even a puff.

I think it'll be a battle until I'm dead

If you quit smoking you will gain weight thats for sure... you eat alot more, but luckily I work out and It didn't turn into fat lol.

plan on gaining about 30 pounds if u quit.

And I dont feel any healthier, I still breath the same, I guess its the long run that matters

good job on everyones success in here that is trying to smoke, it's not really that hard if you just say thats it I'm done smoking.
