Chancellor's Visual Basic Tool HELP!!

Hey I have been looking around for this tool forever but his site is down now and I can't get it back ... I was wondering if anyone on here had that Visual Basic add in. Please someone help!!!! or if you know where to find it that would be great too.

Need more info to look for it. What did it do? All I'm getting is different Uni's Chancellor's programs

It was his Visual Basic .ocx file. It saved a lot of trouble for the programmer when you are making programs for delta force games. It was just something that you could add to your VB program. I can't remember the exact name for it. But if you can find it or if you have it thank you very very very much!!!

i believe that it is the memory control. i did the search on google for about 10 diffrent searches and i found his URL but his website isn't up there anymore ... i'll try to keep looking and i'll keep looking on here. I also searched this forums and dfbarracks's website and forums... and this site...lol no luck so far. ty for the help guys.
