php mailer

could someone please help

I have installed phpmailer, but i need to remove three fields your name, email and subject field from it

my simple use is that user attaches file, types message and is redirected to different page?

i would really appreciate help on this in easy word as i dont know much knowledge of php

I don't really think it's going to do what you want. You might be better off using something like phUploader and adding a Message field. That would be a lot easier.
