When you look at a sig you can see those lines in the background, how do you make it so that the lines are in the background? I use GIMP.

you could just make a big transparent one in PS then just open it in gimp, im sure somebody will do that for ya, but i cant atm

I may be able to do it like it's in Photoshop since it's a clone of it.
