IE acting wierd with NHQ and Panther's Den open at the same time

I'm using my desktop and I seem to run into a weird issue.

If I open NHQ (Session # 1) and Panther's Den (Session # 2) , then open third session of IE and try to navigate from one Window to Another, i.e. gets stuck. Now, if I close Panther's Den and NHQ. I can access and operate 3rd session of IE.

NHQ (Session # 2) and third session of IE work fine.

Figured I should let you know

EDIT

NHQ (Session # 2) and third session of IE DOES NOT work fine.

I've tried it after running Windows Washer. Still happens on ME.

I'm back on my XP machine. That was some freaky ME stuff.
