Valve is letting everyone who has a geforce get a little special version of portal.

this isnt the full version of portal but its an extended demo. all you need is steam and an nvidea video card

there are other freebie game for ATI its only a gimmic to get people to get a nvidea is all.

i have steam for my ATI they have free game for it as will.

ati is losing at the moment.. i found this out when i was building a pc... the amount of nvidia PCI-E cards against ATi is unreal....

think ATi has Half life 2 for free by steam two version that are download for free

why i know this? i can get them from steam for free

*Half Life 2: Deathmatch for having a Ati Video card
*Half Life 2: lost coast for having a Ati Video card
they are only online playable version don't care for that to much

and again there really three type of games out on the market
1.) Retail box
2.) free version of games advertise were they sell ads spots in the game like posters or items that have ads on them sample, billboards, soda cans laying around showing the brand names on them or boxes in a whorehouse with box with the products image on them.
3.) Retail download were you buy them online to download the game versions.
4.) then the specials game version like these you get for free for a gemlike
