novaworld and my jo cd key

ok i sent them emails saying...

PLEASE help i cant login, it says sum1 has that cd key, :S im confused, and also i clicked remember me, and all of a sudden it asks me to login, i do, and then it says "to complete your registration you need to enter a cd key" but i entered 1 about 2 weeks ago, now it says someone is using it which should be my account but something is messed up.

with them being filled in of course, after 1 week and 4 emails they still havent replied, i have even asked them to delete my account so i can make a new 1, STILL NO REPLY!!

2. dont spam the support system with emails, 1`s enough
3. When u make a new account write the stuff down.

sent them 4 a day for about 2 days and i got a responce BB i emailed there support in the states (uk will just tell you to email the US side) i did about 2 of those a day, and i filled out the forms on the site 2 times a day with the info, a lot of work but fast results

i started out with what your doing took them about 2 and a half weeks to send me an email, so once i got that email from the UK department telling me to email USA that pissed me off so much, so i sent them an email. I waited about a week and didnt even get a reply thats when i sent them all those emails within a few days i got the persons email address and a comment from nova telling me to MAIL (not email) them my CD and CD key then they will contact the dude, then delet his account and send my stuff back

Worked for me on BHD when i got a problem... And it worked fine

To me storm sounds like you had your cd key stolen happens alot not sure how but happens so bb wont help if its stolen to write it down doesent fix the stolen part lol and instead go here http://www.novalogic.com/support.asp and click contact techinal support last option o nthis page in the center and complete required fields in the form of the new window that pops up see sometimes novaworrld and novalogic wont contact you unless you send it by this form.

he had an account, and emailed support they sent him his details and when he logged in it asked for a cd key, he put it in and then it asked for cd key to compltete reg. he did that and it said it was already in use.

Yea but if he was logging in just now with the account already he had with cd key entered means someone stole his cd key somehow and claimed it as theres for there account!!!!

added in the Cd-code to your account the right way here I'll give you the bad way and the right way so you know how to add in the Cd-code to your account:

Bad way to do it:
1.) UHBU-HNBF-IGSE-8I3H-HEUR (WILL NOT WORK)
2.) UJGGIRKGUEFSISPONFSEF (WILL NOT WORK)

Right way it will work:
1.) iugnsiispfnpifspzfpisdn (lower case only and no ------ in it)

No "----" in it or caps in it. thats how i added to my account at www.novaworld.com add-in a new game Cd-code in. it does work guy go to novaworld and enter it there.
