? is there a DFTFD Map editor 2000 & Xp (Pro OEM)

i upgraded from "windows Me" to "Windows Xp Pro" and now looking for one thats cover 2000 and Xp DFTFDmed.exe that is unlock, did not see one that is listed or says it cover them at all.?
