Sad Water

Hopefully someone can give me some help with the water in my maps-the only part I have issues with. What are the numbers for changing the water colors or where can I find that info? I've played some maps (stock I think) where it's a nice sunny day and the water ripples and you can see to the bottom. I made a map with nice sunny day and my water is a completely murky pea soup type. I will say that it is set at 113, which was to create islands using a particular terrain. Also, I haven't touched any of the water controls under General Information other than level. Thanx bunch
