Worked on a new one over the weekend. Would love some feedback on what looks good and what doesn't.

That squirrel is my hero, the poor dumb bastard.

Thanx for the feedback so far. I think one problem I have is that when a plug content into the main section, after the background starts repeating it just doesn't look quite right. Might have to blend it a bit better or something.

But then - with this template in particular - if you have a screen res. of 800x600 you'll have those annoying horizontal scrollbars. That's one reason the width was set at 750.

Yeah, that's the problem with 800x600.
Not many people use it anymore, but there is always the odd ball .

Yeah. It would probably be safe to say that most people - in particular those who view my site - have a larger screen resolution. But usually my templates don't seem to be the kind that I can make to expand to fit all resolutions: something like that usually doesn't occur to me until after I've uploaded the thing, anyways.

ooo ive actually had a look at ur coded version now and its brilliant!!! didnt realise uve had that site goin for so long either, its a great idea!!! and i love ur disclaimer lol, prtty dam funny haha! some nice pics intyhe forums too hehehe

I wouldn't say brilliant ....... passable might be a better word. There are many here who can code a helluva lot better than me. But my swelling ego thanks you anyways.

Yeah, site's been around a while. Actually started off running a resource website for DF waaaaaaaaaay back in the day, during DF1 & DF2, and right around the time LW was released. Then started running this one, just a kind of test bed for different templates and whatnot, a hang-out to kill some time.

Damn, you mean someone actually read the disclaimer??? I think you may be the first!

And yes, I'm known for my ..... um ..... 'nice' pics.

dude i love it..small and all is perfect for your type of work and everything thing the ice age dude its classic man awesome choice. Something new we havent seen out there yet id love to see the finished!!!!
